1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using Thincker, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Description of service
Thincker is a web application that uses large language models to help users create, organise and export slide presentations. The service is provided “as is” and may change at any time.
3. Your account
- You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
- You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure.
- You must be 16 or older to use this service.
- One account per person unless explicitly agreed otherwise.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the service to:
- Generate, distribute or share illegal, harmful or abusive content.
- Violate any applicable law or third-party rights.
- Attempt to circumvent rate limits, access controls or usage quotas.
- Reverse-engineer or extract the underlying AI models.
- Use automated bots to create or export presentations at scale without prior agreement.
5. Your content
You retain ownership of the content you create. By using the service you grant us a limited licence to store and process your content solely to operate the service (e.g. to call AI providers and save your presentations). We do not use your content to train AI models.
AI-generated content may be inaccurate or incomplete. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying anything the service produces before sharing or relying on it.
6. AI-generated content disclaimer
The service uses third-party AI models (currently Groq / Llama). AI output can contain errors, biases or outdated information. We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness or fitness for purpose of any AI-generated content.
7. Availability and changes
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify, suspend or discontinue any feature at any time. We will provide reasonable notice for significant changes where practical.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including loss of data, loss of profits or AI-generated errors.
9. Termination
You may delete your account at any time from account settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination all your data is deleted within 30 days.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the service operator is based, without regard to conflict-of-law provisions.
